Terms

These are the terms for buying and using anything from The Sober Creative. I've kept them plain because I'd rather you read them than scroll past them.

Who I am

The Sober Creative, LLC, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I'm Josh Woll. When these terms say "I" or "me," that's who it means. You can reach me at [email protected].

What you're buying

The self-guided Reset ($29). Thirty-one daily emails and four guided audio practices, delivered to the email address you give at checkout, starting on the Day 1 you choose. One payment buys one run of the 31 days. The emails and practices are yours to keep after. No subscription, no renewal.

The January Reset. The same 31 emails and four practices, delivered January 1 to 31, plus a private WhatsApp group and two optional Zoom calls. One payment. Capped at 30 people. Sales close January 1 at noon Eastern or when full.

The 1:1 Reset ($497). Four 60-minute coaching sessions over your first 31 days, daily check-ins by message, the 31 emails, and the four practices. Billed month to month after the first 31 days. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

The clarity call ($125). One 60-minute session, booked through the link in your Reset emails. Add-on to the self-guided Reset.

Picking your start date

Self-guided buyers choose a Day 1 within 30 days of purchase. You can change it once through the link in your welcome email. After that, email me and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Self-guided: If Day 7 of your Reset has arrived and it isn't for you, email [email protected] and I'll refund you in full. No form, no reason needed. After Day 7, the purchase is final.

January Reset: Full refund if you ask before January 1. After January 1 the group has started and the purchase is final.

1:1 Reset: Full refund if you ask before your first session. After the first session, the first month is final; you can cancel future months any time.

Clarity call: Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the call.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

This is coaching, not medical care

I'm a coach. I'm not a doctor, therapist, or addiction counselor, and nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Reset is built on my own experience and on working with people who've done it.

Stopping drinking can be medically risky for some people. If cutting back has ever left you shaky, sweating, sick, or seeing things, talk to a doctor before you stop. If you're in crisis, call 988 (in the US) or your local emergency number.

If you're working with a therapist, keep working with them. The Reset runs alongside that, not instead of it.

What you can do with the content

The emails, practices, illustrations, and everything else in the Reset are mine. You bought them for your own use. Read them, listen to them, print them, keep them forever. Please don't resell them, repost them in full, or hand the whole sequence to someone who didn't buy it. Sharing a line that landed with a friend is fine. That's the point.

The January group chat

What people share in the WhatsApp group stays in the group. Don't screenshot or repost other members' words. I may quote posts on my pages or in the newsletter, with first name only, and only after asking the person who wrote it.

Your account and email

Make sure the email you give at checkout is one you read. The Reset is delivered there and I can't resend 31 days to a different address after the fact without a reason. If an email goes missing, write to me and I'll resend it.

Things I can't promise

I can't promise you'll stop drinking, feel a certain way, or get a particular result. People's experiences differ. What I can promise is that the emails will arrive, the practices will be there, and I'll do what these terms say.

If something goes wrong

Email me first. Almost everything gets sorted in one reply. If we can't sort it, these terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in place the day you bought. If anything changes in a way that affects you, I'll email you. The current version is dated October 30, 2026.
